Mindfulness and Breathwork Workshops:
SoCal MindEd has partnered with Link Wellness: offering 30-minute Mindfulness and Breathwork Workshops. Led by Burnout Coach Tanja Schroeder, mindfulness and breathwork training are essential components of mental health support, offering individuals practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges. These techniques foster self-awareness and promote a sense of calm, making them invaluable in both personal and professional settings.
Mindfulness involves paying attention to the present moment without judgment. This training encourages participants to observe their thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations, enhancing their ability to respond to stressors with clarity and composure. Key elements of mindfulness practice include:
Awareness Training: Participants learn to identify their thoughts and emotions, recognizing patterns that may contribute to stress.
Focused Attention: Exercises focus on directing attention to the breath or physical sensations, improving concentration and reducing distractions.
Non-Judgmental Observation: Participants practice accepting their experiences as they are, fostering a compassionate attitude towards themselves and others.
Organizations that implement mindfulness and breathwork workshops can cultivate a supportive work culture, equipping teams with the skills to navigate mental health challenges effectively. By investing in these essential practices, teams foster a healthier, more engaged workforce that prioritizes mental well-being.
Pricing may vary and is set by Tanja Schroeder. Please contact us for current rates and packages paired with Mental Health First Aid training. Mindfulness Workshops are also offered as a stand alone service.
